(Fargo, ND) -- Summit Nightclub in Fargo is up for sale.
The former Africa Restaurant and Nightclub faced trouble following an April 2021 deadly shooting in the parking lot and dozens of police calls. The liquor license for Africa Restaurant and Nightclub was eventually suspended. Real estate developer Tyler Brandt bought the building and liquor license last year.
The building is listed for one-point-five million dollars and includes a full commercial kitchen and a class A liquor license.
