(Otter Tail County, MN) -- The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is confirming that zebra mussels have been found in Otter Tail County's Buchanan Lake.
A report was made to the DNR recently of adult zebra mussels attached to a native mussel shell.
Officials say the spread of invasive zebra mussels can be slowed by decontaminating boats and watercraft ahead of putting them in the water.
