(Hillsboro, ND) -- A Hillsboro man is facing charges after police say he allegedly pulled a gun on a Subway restaurant employee.
Mark Weibye was arrested early Sunday morning after an employee says she was washing window when the man grabbed her and started pulling her toward his pickup. The 62-year-old is charged with attempted kidnapping, felonious restraint, and menacing.
He was taken to a Fargo hospital for a mental health evaluation.
