(Fargo, ND) -- A newly formed group in North Dakota is dedicated to stopping the move of the Red River Women's Clinic in Fargo across the Red River to Moorhead.

The Pro-Life Action Ministries or PLAM says their options are limited legally but they are starting 40 days of prayer at the new site beginning Thursday. The site location has not been released for security purposes.

Supporters of the abortion clinic has raised nearly a million dollars for the move, which has been delayed after a state court ruled to pause North Dakota's trigger law banning abortion.

The time-table for when abortion will officially become illegal in North Dakota remains unclear.
