City of West Fargo set to launch new electronic utility billing and payment portal

(West Fargo, ND) -- The City of West Fargo is set to launch a new electronic utility billing and payment portal.

Officials say in addition to current features such as autopay and eStatements, the new portal will include access to billing history and user-friendly payment management.

Residents can create an account on the new portal beginning September 1st. Those who already have autopay or eStatements set up will also need to create a new account in this portal.

The City does say that residents are not required to utilize online bill pay, and may still pay in person via check at West Fargo City Hall.
