High-Risk sex offender registers as homeless in Fargo

(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department says a High-Risk sex offender has registered as homeless in Fargo.

Officials say 38-year-old Geoffrey Dale Miller is now living in the Fargo area. Miller is classified as a High-Risk sex offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Assessment Committee due to three separate counts of Gross Sexual Imposition and one count of Corruption of a Minor. His victims were 6, 13, and 17 at the time.
