(Fargo, ND) -- As many as seven people may face charges for trespassing in a home set to be demolished.

Police arrested the alleged trespassers Tuesday at a home in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue North. Police say all but one of those arrested have no permanent address. One of the people also had outstanding warrants from Fargo and Cass County.

This is the same house the Cass County Drug Task Force raided weeks ago, leading to multiple arrests.

Multiple neighbors in the community had told WDAY News First during that raid that the home in question had been considered by many to be a 'drug house', with problems stemming from those who frequented the location for years.

The original story on the raid can be found here.

As of Wednesday afternoon, eight total people were in custody for criminal trespassing, including:

  • 37-year-old Steven Anthony Bernie
  • 21-year-old Damian Christopher Crosno

  • 38-year-old Terri Lynn Fajardo

  • 35-year-old Raven Autumn Isham

  • 21-year-old Shane Hunter King

  • 34-year-old Rafael Edward Leyva

  • 45-year-old Galen Dale Littlewind

  • 44-year-old Paul Joseph White

It is unclear if all eight are arrested in relation to the home, which was decided to be razed by the Fargo City Commission earlier this week.
