(Jamestown, ND) -- A Jamestown man is facing a three year prison sentence for his involvement in a deadly Barnes County hit-and-run.

Wyatt Staloch has pleaded guilty to three felony counts of accident involving death or personal injury.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Staloch was driving a pickup that rear-ended a truck hauling a U-Haul trailer in July west of Tower City before taking off.

The front passenger in the pickup, 42-year-old Christina Anderson, was killed, while the driver and a 14-year-old girl in the back were injured.
