(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is in custody after being tracked down on a search warrant in Grand Forks.
The Grand Forks Police Department tells WDAY Radio 21-year-old Sam Payne Jr. was found at an apartment complex in the 1800 block of Continental Drive after the search warrant was carried out around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Payne had been wanted on two felony warrants out of Cass County for possession of child porn and promoting an obscene act by a minor.
Due to the nature of the warrants out for his arrest, Grand Forks SWAT was also called in to the scene. Payne surrendered without incident.
He is currently being held in the Grand Forks County Correctional Center, and is expected to be transferred back to Cass County in the coming days.
