(Wahpeton, ND) -- In an update to a story we've followed for you for over a week and a half, a Breckinridge man has appeared in court and is being held on a one-million-dollar cash bond for murder in Wahpeton.
Anthony Kruger is accused of killing Jeremiah Medenwald two Sundays ago as Medenwald sat in his car outside the Sterns Sports Arena near Wahpeton High School.
More than a dozen shots were fired at the victim's car.
Authorities say prior to the shooting both men had been at the Dakota Magic Casino.
