(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo City Commissioners have voted to allow John Bultman to continue operating his home-based car repair business until he turns 70 in August. The decision was reached during a closed-door executive session at Fargo City Hall Tuesday afternoon. The commissioners made the decision after an attorney for Bultman threatened legal action against the city if commissioners took steps to force Bultman to close his business.
