(Fargo, ND).-- The public libraries in Fargo are making spring seeds available free to gardeners.
The seed library launched Monday and has a collection of flower, vegetable, and herb seeds for people to grow at home.
The seeds are available at the Main and Dr. James Carlson libraries while supplies last, with a five packet per household limit.
