(Mooreton, ND) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Richland County.
Captain Bryan Niewind tells WDAY Radio that the incident happened on Highway 13 near Mooreton, just West of Wahpeton.
Initial reports indicate at least two people may have been killed in the wreck.
