MOORHEAD, MN - The State Patrol says alcohol was a factor in a crash south of Moorhead Monday night. It happened at Highway 75 and 60th Ave. at 11:45pm.
The Patrol says 38-year old Thomas Strommen of Fargo lost control of a van and hit the ditch. He was taken to Sanford with non life-threatening injuries.
