(West Fargo, ND) -- A suspect is in custody related to a fire that happened this January.
The West Fargo Police Department says 31 year-old Nicholas Fradet is charged with one count of endangering by fire or explosion and one county of animal cruelty. Authorities say multiple fires were started in the home when they arrived, which lead them to believe arson was the cause of the blaze. Three adults and two dogs were rescued from the home at the time of the blaze.
