Bodell named Assistant Principal at Sheyenne High School

(West Fargo, ND) -- Sheyenne High School has its newest leader.

Secondary Assistant Superintendent Vincent Williams and Sheyenne Principal Ryan Salisbury have announced that Ryan Bodell has accepted the position of Assistant Principal at the High School.

Bodell has 13 years of experience in the classroom, while his most recent role has been as the Dean of Students at Sheyenne High School. He has also held coaching positions in baseball, basketball, and football. He holds a master's degree in educational leadership from North Dakota State University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education from Minot State University.

"Our interview panel was impressed with the excitement and compassion for learners, education, and Sheyenne that Ryan brings to the table," said Salisbury in a statement released to WDAY Radio. "He has been a classroom teacher, a head baseball coach, and a Dean of Students throughout his educational career. Each position has allowed him to gain valuable educational experience that he will bring to the administrative team at Sheyenne. We are confident that he will be a valuable addition to our team and will have the ability to continue to support the greater Sheyenne community as we strive to educate all learners for tomorrow’s world.”

Bodell will assume his new role on July 1st, 2023.
