Fargo City Commissioner Denise Kolpack says commission decorum improving

(Fargo, ND) -- Denise Kolpack, the newest member of the Fargo City Commission, was asked if decorum has improved during commission meetings.

"You know we have had some occasion where maybe some behavior isn't behavior that I would lead by example with and I have called it out during the meeting and I've asked the board of the commission, which is the mayor during the meetings, to address it," said Kolpack.

Kolpack, who has been serving on the commission for 9 months, emphasized improving decorum during her campaign. Kolpack says her efforts in the area are focused on "leading by example" and coming to meetings prepared.

She says serving in the position is "humbling" and says she "has learned a lot" since being elected.

The commissioner appeared on "What's on Your Mind" on AM 1100 The Flag.
