(Fargo, ND) -- The current NCAA Hockey Regionals in Fargo is a boost for the local economy. The Fargo-Moorhead Convention & Visitors Bureau expects tournament fans to spend up to $700 thousand through tomorrow. In yesterday's first-round, Saint Cloud defeated Minnesota State-Mankato 4-0, and the Minnesota Gophers overwhelmed Canisius 9-2. The winner of tomorrow's game between Saint Cloud and Minnesota advances to the Frozen Four in Tampa, Florida.
