(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is warning the public about a high-risk sex offender who has moved into the city.
Officers say 46-year-old Mark Williams has moved into a home at 1336 8th avenue north.
Williams was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Ward County District Court back in October of 2007. His victim was a 15-year-old girl.
Williams is a lifetime registrant.
