(Fargo, ND) -- The feedback from several hundred respondents is now gathered and complete for a planned update to Yunker Farm
The final plan for Yunker Farm is officially being released by Norris Design, who held a community meeting several weeks ago to gather feedback from Fargo residents. Approximately 500 individual responses were collected by participants, with several concepts announced at the February meeting landing on the final plan, including several botanical, agricultural and community spaces, a "distinctive" promenade with an entry plaza, and cultural spaces within the Great Lawn area. Several open ended responses encouraged the building of several kid friendly areas, indoor and year-round activities, a larger space for a community garden, a larger dog park, and general wheelchair accessibility on the trails and playgrounds.
