Senator Cramer backs bill to make English official language of United States

(Washington, DC)  --  North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer is co-sponsor of a bill to make English the official language of the United States.  The English Language Unity Act would require the federal government to use English in certain circumstance, however, it does not limit the use of foreign languages for national security, foreign relations, trade and tourism.  Cramer says establishing English as the national language is long overdue.
