(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo man is in custody after authorities say he crashed his vehicle into the construction site of the Island Park Pool.
Police say Matthew Thomas crashed through a fence at the site at approximately 2:04 a.m. Sunday in the area of 1st Avenue South and 7th Street South. Authorities say Thomas was taken to a nearby healthcare facility and was charged with DUI.
