(Fargo, ND) — Fargo Police are notifying the community that a high-risk sex offender has changed addresses in the community.
41-year-old Shondo Gordon Billie’s new address is 123 15th Street North in Fargo. He was convicted in 2005 for the sexual abuse of a minor, who was 7 at the time of the incident. Billie is 6’1″, 235 lbs, brown eyes and black hair.
