FARGO, ND — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying what they describe as a “suspicious person” approaching young children in Fargo.
Authorities say the incident happened Thursday in the 1400 block of 68th Avenue South at around 8:45 p.m. The person is described as a heavyset male who is 5’9″ with graying hair. Police also describe the man has a waddle when he walks, and his stomach sticks out.
