FARGO, N.D. – A man who was reported missing Sunday has been found dead.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says Fargo Police had received a missing person report that involved 24-year-old Enosent Noah over the weekend.
On Monday night at around 10 p.m., a Cass County deputy found an unoccupied vehicle in the lot of the Forest River Park while on routine patrol. Upon investigation, the vehicle was found to be related to the missing person from the Fargo Police Department.
Following this discovery, Cass County Sheriff’s Office deputies initiated an extensive search throughout the night, supported by regional law enforcement agencies, including the use of a drone. At daybreak, additional resources were sent to the scene to continue search operations.
At around 10 a.m., an individual was located deceased. It was later confirmed that the individual was Noah, and the family was notified.
Based on the information gathered through the initial investigation, no foul play is suspected, and the Sheriff’s Office does not believe there was a risk to the public. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate this incident, and no additional information is being released at this time.
