(Louisville, KY) -- KFC is looking to hire 20-thousand full and part-time workers.
The fast food chain's announcement comes as the restaurant industry is struggling to fill positions as more Americans are dining out after a year of being stuck at home because of the pandemic.
A number of restaurants have said it has been difficult filling positions, blaming the government's enhanced unemployment benefits.
Some workers, however, say the wages and tips earned aren't enough to risk catching the coronavirus.
