COVID Cases, Deaths Projected To Drop By July

(Waltham, MA)  --  A massive milestone in the fight against coronavirus appears to be just two months away.  The CDC says that's when cases could be under control, with deaths and hospitalizations projected to drop dramatically.  But that's only if people continue to get vaccinated and wear masks.  This comes as two new studies show Pfizer's vaccine is 90-to-95-percent effective against two COVID strains.  The U.K. variant has spread to 50 countries and appears to be mutating again, while the one first detected in South Africa is in 20 countries.
