(New York, NY) -- Universal will tell superstar Cher's life story on film.
The pop icon announced the upcoming biopic on Twitter ahead of her 75th birthday today.
Variety reports "Mamma Mia!" producers Judy Craymer and Gary Goetzman will produce the feature alongside Cher.
They have a lot to work with as Cher's career in music, film, television and theater spans six decades.
