(Dallas, TX) -- Southwest Airlines is sending travel vouchers to all those left stranded by cancellations.
More than two-thousand flights have been called off since Friday night. The company blamed air traffic control issues and bad weather.
Some passengers say they're getting apologies along with travel vouchers worth 250 dollars. That's on top of the refunds or flight credits that airlines are required to pay for canceled flights.
