(Washington, D.C.) -- Events are being planned to mark the one-year anniversary of the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. In a letter to House members, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said there will be a discussion among historians about the "narrative of that day." She noted that members will have a chance to "share their experiences and reflections from that day." During the attack, lawmakers were forced to hide in various parts of the sprawling Capitol campus. There will also be a prayer vigil in the evening on January 6th.
