Chicken found in Pentagon

(Arlington, VA) -- A chicken is in a new home after being the cause of a strange national security incident.  The Animal Welfare League of Arlington recently responded to a call from the Pentagon about a chicken wandering near a security checkpoint.  Organization staffers recovered the bird and will now send it to live at an animal sanctuary.  The group quipped in a social media post about the unusual job by saying that the answer to why did the chicken cross the road is apparently to get to the Pentagon.
