(Cambridge, MA) -- The COVID-19 pandemic could be in its final stages.
The head of the vaccine company Moderna told CNBC Wednesday it's reasonable to assume that as COVID-19 evolves, it could become less virulent.
CEO Stephane Bancel warned, however, that he thinks there's a 20-percent chance the virus could become more dangerous than the current Omicron variant.
