Change in immigration policy coming to border soon; processing capacity could be "overwhelmed"

(Undated)  --  A decision is expected soon by the Centers for Disease Control to end the Title 42 pandemic-related restriction that allows border agents to quickly expel migrants seeking asylum.  The U.S. Department of Homeland Security says it's been developing contingency plans for what could be as many as 18-thousand migrants being allowed into the U.S. every day when the Trump-era policy is lifted.  The DHS says that it could overwhelm the government's processing capacity along the Mexican border unless more resources are added.
