(Ukraine) -- Russia is expected to be accused of more war crimes in Ukraine after a train station attack.

About four-thousand people, mostly women and children, were on the platform trying to escape when two rockets hit Friday. The death toll is up to 39 with 87 wounded.

Hospitals reportedly can't keep up with the number of victims. Russia denies responsibility but Ukraine's president fully blames troops.

Volodmyr Zelensky says "This is an evil that has no limits" when referring to the attack.
