He insists this could put a "whole range of rights" at risk. He's urging voters to elect pro-choice officials this November. He's also pushing Congress to pass a federal law to protect abortion access.
The Senate is expected to vote on that next week but the President hasn't said if he'll support ending a rule requiring the 60 votes needed.
