First Lady to head home after visiting Ukraine

(Bratislava, Slovakia) -- First Lady Jill Biden is wrapping up her trip to Europe Monday.

She's back in Slovakia to meet with officials after a surprise visit to war-torn Ukraine. She spent part of Mother's Day at a school being used to shelter displaced families, including almost 50 children.

She also met with the country's first lady, who said Dr. Biden was very courageous to cross the border even as air sirens continued to blast. Other officials praised her as well.
