(Washington, DC) -- Vice President Harris will launch a task force aimed at preventing online harassment Thursday.
The initiative will fulfill one of President Biden's campaign promises. The task force will be charged with creating recommendations for Congress and state governments to address the issue within six months.
The National Security Council and Gender Policy Council will co-chair the task force. Biden will sign a memorandum establishing the task force prior to its first meeting.
