(Washington, DC) -- Congressional investigators say a flea and tick collar is linked to the deaths of thousands of dogs.
The Soresto Flea and Tick collars were the subject of a House hearing Wednesday. Members of Congress say the collars are linked to 98-thousand reports by pet owners and 25-hundred pet deaths.
Some pet owners have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, claiming that what they call fake flea collars were shipped from China from fraudulent but convincing websites.
