(Akron, OH) -- Tension on the streets of Akron, Ohio where protests have been going on following the police killing of a young African American man.
Authorities released bodycam footage on Sunday of 25-year-old Jayland Walker's fatal encounter with police last Monday. Eight officers are on paid leave after unleashing a hail of gunfire after a high-speed chase that turned into a foot pursuit.
The officers say Walker fired at least one round before they chased him. Police recovered handgun from Walker's vehicle.
