(San Francisco, CA) -- Twitter is reaching out to Elon Musk's lawyers following his decision to bail on a 44-billion dollar deal to takeover the social media platform.
A letter sent Monday by an attorney for Twitter called Musk's move "invalid and wrongful." Musk's attorneys say it's Twitter, not the world's richest man, that's in the wrong.
That's because they say Twitter failed to provide Musk with all the data necessary to calculate the number of spam accounts on the service.
