(Dover, DE) -- Twitter's lawsuit against Elon Musk will go to court in October.
A Delaware court on Tuesday ruled in favor of Twitter's request to expedite its lawsuit against the billionaire after he withdrew his offer to buy the company.
Musk wanted the trial to begin next year, but Twitter's lawyers accused him of trying to "run out the clock" by quashing the time for appeals.
In April, the Tesla CEO offered to buy Twitter for 44-billion dollars. He backed out of the deal earlier this month.
