National average for gas prices falls three more cents

(Fargo, ND) -- The downward trend for gas prices continues Tuesday.

Triple A reports the national average for a gallon of regular is down three cents from yesterday to four-18.  Tuesday's national average is 64 cents less than what drivers were paying at the pump a month ago.

The average price is lowest in Texas at three-dollars-and-69-cents. The highest price remains in California at five-58 per gallon.

As for North Dakota, the state average is currently at four dollars and eleven cents per gallon, while Cass County is seeing a four dollar and fourteen cents per gallon.
