(Washington, DC) -- A federal appeals court says the Justice Department hid part of a memo to the Attorney General about whether former President Trump obstructed a probe into his dealings with Russia. The memo to then-AG William Barr dealt with Trump's alleged relationship with Russia during his 2016 campaign. A D.C. court ruled unanimously that the DOJ improperly shielded parts of the memo that should've been revealed as part of a government watchdog's records request lawsuit.
