(Palo Alto, CA) -- Elon Musk has some questions to answer this week.
The Tesla and SpaceX boss will be deposed under oath as part of his months-long effort to get out of a 44-billion dollar deal to buy Twitter.
The deposition is scheduled to get underway Monday, and should wrap up either tomorrow or Wednesday.
It comes ahead of a scheduled October trial to determine the fate of the deal.
