(New York, NY) -- Jury selection is scheduled to get underway Monday in the New York trial involving Donald Trump's namesake business - the Trump Organization.

While the former president is not personally charged, the Manhattan DA's office has hit the Trump Organization with nine counts of tax fraud and other crimes.

Former chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg, who worked for the organization for decades, is expected to testify at some point.

He's already been convicted of fraud, sentenced to five months in prison and fined two million dollars.
