(Phoenix, AZ) -- Arizona Republican Kari Lake is appealing a judge's decision to dismiss her lawsuit challenging her defeat in the governor's election.
Lake filed a notice of appeal Tuesday in Arizona Superior Court, contesting the dismissal of two counts that went to trial, as well as eight others that didn't.
The court found that Lake didn't have enough evidence to support her claims that local election officials committed intentional misconduct in her race with Governor-elect Katie Hobbs.
Lake narrowly lost the race against Hobbs, despite backing from several prominent Republicans, including former President Donald Trump.
