(Fargo, ND) -- Chipotle Mexican Grill is announcing a plan to hire 15-thousand workers across the U.S. within the next several weeks.

The company says they are looking to boost staffing numbers ahead of the busy period they call "burrito season", from March through May.

Corporate leaders have launched a hiring campaign that includes video spots featuring employees who have worked their way from crew member to management with the chain.

Chief Restaurant Officer Scott Boatwright says crew workers of today will become leaders in the company as they look to double the size of the organization to seven-thousand stores across North America.
