(Altadena, CA) -- A man is claiming he's the real winner of the record two-billion-dollar-plus Powerball jackpot.

The man says the winning ticket sold in Altadena, California was stolen from him, and now he's suing for damages, and to be declared the rightful winner.

The winner of November's drawing, Edwin Castro, didn't come forward to claim his prize until earlier this month. The man who claims he actually won, Jose Rivera, is suing Castro and another person only identified as "Reggie."

Rivera says Reggie stole the ticket from him on November 7th, a day before the two-point-oh-four-billion-dollar drawing.
