(New York, NY) -- The "Rachael Ray" talk show is ending after 17 seasons in daytime syndication.
Ray said she decided it was time to move on to the "next exciting chapter" in her broadcasting career, and that her "passions have evolved" from talk show format.
The chef will now transition her time to the launch of a new production company, Free Food Studios.
