(Washington, DC) -- Over three-million Calico Critters toys are being recalled following two choking deaths.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said in a Thursday release that it applies to sets of the animal figures sold with bottle and pacifier accessories between 2000 and 2021.

The company says one death occurred in Japan in 2015 and another in New Mexico in 2018.

Free replacement accessories will be issued by the toymaker after receiving a customer's contact information and video of the accessories being destroyed.
